Spiced Fruit Salad
Spices and fruity winter salad
Ingredients
- 20 oz pineapple chunks canned or fresh
- 15 oz apricot halves canned or fresh
- 15 oz cinnamon pear halves canned or fresh
- 2 apples
- 1 large orange
- 1/2 Cup walnuts lightly toasted
- 1/2 Cup coconut shredded
- 1/2 Cup cranberries dried
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine: pineapple chunks (drained) apricots and pears (drained and chopped) apples (cored and chopped) orange (peeled and chopped) walnuts (chopped) coconut cranberries cinnamon
- This salad can be served immediately or refrigerated.
